Refund Policy

We create and market coats at Emeraldanter Store. We place a high value on your pleasure. Although we sincerely hope you like your purchase, we recognize that occasionally a return may be required. To make sure the procedure is simple and easy, please carefully review our return policy. Please be aware that we do not offer return labels.

YOUR PURCHASE:

Please make sure you select the right size so the garment doesn't feel too tight and you have enough space to move around. Before wearing your item, we strongly urge you to become comfortable with the front two-way zip. Before using, make sure the two-way zip is properly aligned after unpacking.
ZIPS HAVE NO WARRANTY

Responsibility for Returns:

Returning any item or items is entirely the customer's responsibility. We advise utilizing Royal Mail monitored postage for your protection and piece of mind because it offers tracking and proof of postage until it gets to us. We don't offer return labels.
Special Delivery is not something we advise.
Additionally, we advise against using EVRI.

Packaging Your Return:

Please make sure your return is appropriately wrapped and safeguarded. We are not liable for any damage resulting from inadequate packing during transportation. Please make sure the item is properly protected before posting to prevent any problems.

Damages and Issues:

As soon as your order arrives, please check it. Please get in touch with us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or inaccurate so we can evaluate the issue and find a quick solution.

Condition of Unused New Returned Items:

Every item that is returned must be in its original packing, unused, unworn, and with its original tags. Refunds or exchanges may not be available for returned items that are worn, damaged, changed, or missing their tags.

Worn and Used Products:

You can return your item for examination if a problem arises within 30 days of delivery. On a like-for-like basis, we will either fix the item or replace it.

If care instructions have been properly followed and the item has not been misused, we may give a like-for-like exchange or repair between 31 to 60 days of delivery.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges after 60 days following delivery.

Refunds, Store Credit:

We strive to handle your refund or store credit within 14–20 days of receiving and approving your returned item after inspection (this may occasionally take longer). Your original payment method will be used for refunds. Depending on your payment source, processing timeframes can change. When your refund is processed, you will be informed.

Exchanges:

Items that are unworn, unused, still in their original packaging, and have their tags attached are eligible for exchanges. Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within two to three business days of receiving your return.

Please make sure the package has all the information you need to request an exchange.

We advise placing a new order to guarantee your desired item because coats sell out rapidly. Once your initial item has been returned and approved, we will give you a complete refund if you decide to place another order.

Unless the return is the result of a mistake on our part, we do not reimburse shipping. Please select a suitable service as postage refunds are limited to £7.

Misuse and Wear

We are not liable for errors brought on by:

Abuse

Unintentional harm

Not adhering to care instructions

Misuse examples include using the two-way zip incorrectly, using too much force, or causing damage through wrong handling. Every response will be evaluated separately.

Handling Beyond Inspection:

Only the amount of handling required to evaluate an item's size, fit, and look should be done. A fair deduction may be applied to returns that exhibit excessive handling, such as pet hair, strong odors, markings, stains, or filth, in order to cover cleaning, repackaging, inspection, or value loss. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this.
