Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

After you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are handled within one to two business days (not including weekends and bank holidays). Processing times may occasionally be longer during busy times.

Delivery timeframes may change based on the season and your location, but shipping is sent by a next-day tracked service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please use the provided tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please get in touch with the courier directly if your goods hasn't arrived.

You must notify the police and get a crime reference number if your package appears to be delivered but is either missing or suspected of being stolen. This will be required to support any claim.

We are not liable for any missing or undelivered items if you decide to modify your delivery address after placing your order.

Missing Items Policy

Every order is meticulously prepared and packaged by us. Before being shipped, every item is compared to your order confirmation, and packages are tightly wrapped.

If you believe an item is missing:

  • Smaller goods might be placed within, so carefully inspect every packaging, including protective wrapping.

     

  • Make sure the item is listed by comparing the contents with your order confirmation.

     

  • Within two days of delivery, get in touch with us and supply:

     

  • A clear picture of all that was obtained

     

  • An image of the package, both inside and out

Our Process:

  • We compare your order to our packing records.

     

  • We will set up a replacement or refund if our records indicate that an item was not packed.

     

  • We might not be able to provide a replacement or refund if records show that every item was present and there is no evidence of tampering.

Suspected Theft or Tampering:

You can be required to report the package to the courier and the police along with a reference number if it looks damaged, opened, or resealed. This enables us to look into the matter and make any required claims.

Our Commitment:

Every report of a missing item is taken seriously and looked into right away. Our goal is to fairly settle disputes while safeguarding both our clients and our company.

Receiving Your Product

Your item may have creases from the packaging when it arrives. To let any creases naturally disappear, we advise hanging it up right away.

If needed, you can gently steam or lightly iron the item, but proceed swiftly over the material and exercise great caution. Damage may result from prolonged contact or excessive heat.

Note: Steaming is not usually recommended, but if it is, it should only be done once with rapid motions.

You can preserve your garment's durability, quality, and shape by hanging it correctly.

When sitting down, always unzip the lower zip.

Before closing the two-way zip, make sure both zip parts are securely fastened.
